Well, Pearl and Dexter and the Bear family was an April Fool's joke. (Though Papa bear may still appear according to the cast photo.) I don't know much else on that unfortunately.

I heard they are introducing 2 new locations on the street, Placido Flamingo's opera house and Professor Hasting's school

Well, that may not be April Fool's since we very clearly see the pic. They may just be recycling the same puppet. We'll see.
