Lazarus (back in the 90's) was wealthy enough he had his own street in the town of Livingston. Only two houses on the whole street.
One for him, one for his daughter. At Christmas, the two houses were decorated and lit up so fancy it put the Griswalds to shame. People would come from miles around to see the lights. Visible from space.

Thank you, Mr. Lazarus. I was a Toys R Us kid, and thank you for five years of gainful employment. Your company was very good to me.
Those five years built up a sizeable 401k. A few decades from now, it will come in very handy.
