Pfft. Everyone thinks it's Jeff Moss when there's a character signing bass.

In seriousness though, Jeff's bass voice isn't as deep and his voice has a bit of a nasal to it.

I believe it's Kevin Clash. He might have also did the bass lines for 'Fixin' My Hair' and 'Raise Your Hand'.

I'm not sure... I've only really heard Kevin do a bass voice for Big Jeffy when Little Jerry visits the street in the late 80's. The monster in that song sounds too deep to be Kevin.

The reddish-magenta Muppet in "Raise Your Hand" I honestly thought was Kevin because I do hear a bit of Clifford when he says "Be-be-be sure to raise your hand!", But to be honest, the backing vocals just sounded like a generic do-wop group.
