I can't believe there has been no discussion about Frank Oz performing Yoda again.

I thought it was alright. A lot better than I was expecting since I initially heard some rather weak word of mouth. My brothers and I were talking about how it was essentially a rehash of ESB (much like TFA was, not long ago) and speculating that Luke could come back as a ghost in Episode 9. My only real complaint was that it was really long and my brain was so fried by the end of it that I foolishly speculated that Han might come back as a ghost too, forgetting that he couldn't because he wasn't a jedi.

I should also add that this was my first ever Imax experience! I wasn't used to watching something on such a large screen but it was cool nonetheless!

I Liked it a lot the first time I saw It and just Yesterday I saw It for a second Time and Absolutely Loved It! I guess the first time I saw It I was nervous and anxious and the second time I saw It I was way more relaxed, Just reclined my movie seat back relaxed and really just loved it, Any problems I had on first view were not a problem on second view. My ranking of the Disney Star Wars films now,
1.TFA
2.TLJ
3.RO
After my second view I bumped up TLJ a spot but I love them all!
these are some pictures of me and posters and Standees at the theater yesterday,

this is me in my Jedi Robes otherwise known as a Russell Athletic Sweatshirt Jacket!

Finally saw the movie today. It was amazing! As much as I liked The Force Awakens, I thought this one was way better. Definitely my favorite Star Wars film so far. It was the longest one to date, but it managed to keep me engaged the whole way through. I really liked all the new characters. Yes, even Laura Dern's character, what was her name (you know, purple hair lady)? Anyway, am I the only who got nostalgic seeing her because she was in Jurassic Park?
Yoda's cameo was really heartwarming and took me by surprise. It was great that Frank reprised his role and they actually used the puppet version of him as opposed to CGI.
All and all, a fantastic film and I already can't wait to watch it again.

To each their own. Personally, this was my least favorite of the new Star Wars films, and my least favorite out of everything except the crappy prequels.

I've said this before on other sites and I'll say it again. When this movie worked, it definitely worked. When it didn't, it... really didn't at all. Probably my least favorite scene was the awful casino scene. Ugh. Felt like Attack of the Clones all over again.

I loved the Canto Bight Casino scenes! I thought Rose and Finn were really cute together!
I liked Rose and Finn together; that part was fine. I just didn't like the casino aspect of it. It felt too... humany, like it took place on Earth.
