I liked a lot of the first season bits with the Anything Muppets: Consider Yourself, Going For A Ride, All Together Now, A Spoonful of Sugar, I Am A Fine Musician, Good Morning Starshine... They aren't as elaborate as many of the later skits, but the performances are the main focus, and they're plenty of fun.

Two classics MUST be mentioned on this thread:
1) "Clap Clap" for its musical entertainment value and its superb film editing (has this been made into a ringtone? If so I would buy it in a heartbeat).
2) "Salvador Dada's Art" for its timeless comedic value and legendary punchline (@tutter_fan can vouch for me on this one).
