My dad is constantly making me take breaks from the computer. Why? Because I got a headache last week due to me being on it all day. I was even in the middle of doing something too and now I have to wait until later to do so.

well you should take breaks from your computer, i do, because i have a wooden chair, and i don't want to sit in it too long, it gets to be uncomfortable. i also take stretches, and pause to watch TV, or have a snack, or go eat dinner.
