Is there anybody on here from Sydney, Australia, who might know about Cecil Parkee, AKA Lai Moon Chee Ventriloquist?

You might have more luck asking on the Magic Cafe, which has a Vent board in its forum, or try one of the Facebook groups devoted to Ventriloquism. There are a lot of very knowledgeable Ventriloquists hanging out on Facebook, you just need to seek them out. There is a Facebook Group devoted to puppeteers in Sydney and NSW, that might be a good place to start.

Thanks. I have found out that the Dummy's name is Wally. I now have the head and have made a new body for him. Sadly, the head needs restoration.
