Sesame Street Full-Length Direct-to-video films not visible for free online

I have some bad news, I tried to find full, HD, clean, original version of the full-length direct-to-video films online, but cannot be found. Here are the sites that these films cannot be found and some reasons:

1. YouTube - U.S only, copyrighted, paid watchers only.
2. Dailymotion - not yet found
3. Putlocker - not yet found
4. Watch32 - not yet found
5. TheFlash - logged in users only, need credit card to sign up
6. Weebly - logged in users only, need credit card to sign up
7. WatchMovie25 - demolished website
8. TheMovieList - logged in users only, need credit card to sign up
9. Noobroom - unable to load properly.
10. Veryvideos - logged in users only, need credit card to sign up

And this is the list of films that I tried to watch:

1. The Street We Live On
2. All Star Alphabet
3. Zoe's Dance Moves
4. Sing it Elmo
5. The Best of Elmo 3 (2015)

Are they're any alternative ways to get into watching full-length films for free, not affected by copyright, and safe and clean?

No, you're just going ot have to suck it up and actually buy the DVDs of these titles - then you'd never have to worry about ever losing them to copyright infringement.

But. I do not have enough money. Besides, i'm outside the U.S., and i'm in the Philippines.
