He was a great foil and father figure to Will in Fresh Prince, not to mention a great Shredder.

That episode in which Uncle Phil suffers a heart attack is going to be really awkward to watch now.

I regret to say as I have not seen the show...I'm not familiar with him, but every death is tragic because of the lives it makes a bit sadder..rest in peace Mr. Avery..I might not know you, but I wish you and those who did know you only the best...
