 : What's wrong with the drummer? He looks a little crazed.
 : Oh, he's just upset about missing the Rembrandt exhibit at the National Gallery.
:halo: : RENOIR!

Omg the other day me and my mom were discussing the muppets and came across the topic of zoot here's how it went
Me:Ah I love zoot he's adorable but he's so forgetful
My mom:I think he's got some special needs or early allsimers*we laugh*
Me:embarrassed:h god hahahaha doesn't even remember his own name
My mom: Well as long he as remembers how to play the saxophone it's fine

My favourites are Sax and Violence, playing Walk Right Back in Anne Murray's dressing room and all his scenes with Floyd in the episode Dizzy Gillespie was guest. I also love when Liza Minelli was the guest. She asked Zoot what he thought of her rehearsal and he told her she was too good to be a person, she should have been a saxophone. Liza then asked Zoot if that made her his Sax-symbol. In true Zoot style he replied "Whatever"!

Knock off the knock it offs!!!
: KNOCK IT OFFFFFFFF! *waving his arms when saying those exacts words*

*ahem* Anyway, the good old days when Dave Goelz as Zoot would ad-lib or say what was scripted when Mr. Henson was around.

The "Sax and Violence" sketch
Rowlf and Zoot playing "Theme Song from Love Story"
Zoot & Floyd playing "Honeysuckle Rose"
A couple of Zoot-Janice moments during At the Dance:

Zoot: "Do you believe in the hereafter?
Janice: "Yes I do!"
Zoot: "Then you know what I'm here after!"

Janice: "Do you love forever?"
Zoot: "I don't know, baby. Ask me in a million years."

Janice: "Do you know what happened in 1776?"
Zoot: "No. But there's a great party in 1862."

Zoot's sax solo during "I Heard Through the Grapevine":

Zoot's sax solo during Chopin's "Polonaise in a Flat Major"
