Wasn't sure if this was appropriate or not here, but since I saw this and other Muppet sites weren't discussing it, just read this and from Kevin's hometown:

Yes! I hope this means that Kevin can return to Sesame Street, but I still worry about what this whole thing has done to his reputation despite having won 3 Daytime Emmys this year, which many people don't think he deserves because of what happened. But as Muppet fans, we think they were well-deserved.

I doubt he's going back anytime soon. There's still two other charges against him and the lawyer of the three who were dropped said he isn't giving up so easily.
