Doglion is performed by Dave Goelz.
The head of the head people is David Rudman (I had originally intended on him being performed by Steve Whitmire, until I decided to have him interact with Kermit), while the others can be anyone. I didn't really provide any specific names, roles, or identities for the others, so it'd be complicated to say who is who.
