Who did the performers of Avenue Q perform on Sesame Street before they quit?

Why do they call it red cabbage when it's not red? It's purple. And if you cook it down, it becomes a darker shade of purple with tinges of blue, but no red.

They got green beans right.
Oranges are a no-brainer.

Maybe the powers-that-be who name the foods are color-blind. My theory anyway.

Anyone else find the fact that Courage the Cowardly Dog is called "Cowardly" yet he has encountered beings from unimaginable corners of our greatest fears somewhat ironic? Or is it just me?

No, I think the irony around his name was supposed to be intentional; I remember reading in Allan Neuwirth's book how he had dinner with John Dilworth one evening, and John talking about his latest animated film that he was presenting to Hanna-Barbera/Cartoon Network about a dog so cowardly he's afraid of his own shadow, and when he was asked what the dog's name was, John thought for a beat, then said, "Courage!"
