By the end, Bo does feel better because he has such good friends. It's true that he can't do his work, but inside, he feels better. :big_grin:
A lot of these balcony dialogues are slightly altered versions of actual MS scenes. I remember that there was an early S&W gag (maybe from season 1 or 2) similar to the "I don't get it" gag that I used.
:sleep:: I love French singers!
:boo:: I love French fries!
:sleep: (pauses): I don't get it.
:boo:: Well, you didn't order any.
LOL

A flock of Muppet birds sing “Come Fly with Me” while flying against a sky blue backdrop. Jerry Nelson and Richard Hunt play the bird singers, while Jim, Dave, Frank, and Louise perform other birds throughout. Applause at the end.
(The birds enter the backstage area, chirping and cawing loudly.)
Kermit: Good job, guys. But I thought you were going to sing it slower.
Bird Singer (Richard): What do you mean?
Kermit: Well, you really flew through that piece! (laughter)
Bird Singer (Jerry): It doesn’t matter. With that number, our careers will take off!
Which specific birds were there and who were they performed by? Ohboy? Forcryingoutloud? Youknow? Ohreally? Righton? Whaddayasay?

UK Spot:

An Australian Whatnot (Richard Hunt) sings "Kookaburra" while being pestered by a giant kookaburra (Frank Oz).
Is the kookaburra an original character or a recycled Muppet from earlier episodes?

As James Taylor sings “Mexico,” the Muppets have a fiesta, complete with food, a piñata, dancing, and mariachi musicians. Applause and cheers at the end.
Which specific Muppets were there?

The birds are all in nightclub-style clothing, like what Frank Sinatra would wear. Ohboy Bird and Righton Bird are the leads, played by Jerry and Richard. Frank plays the Youknow Bird, Jim plays the Whatdoyousay Bird, Dave plays the Forcryingoutloud Bird, and Louise plays the Ohreally Bird. Kind of a switcharoo from the original Birds sketch from 1975's Sex and Violence pilot, but hey...

Giant Kookaburra is made only for this outline. I don't think the Muppets ever had a kookaburra on the show.

For the Mexico number, I envision a bunch of Whatnots and the usual assortment of livestock (cows, pigs, chickens), along with Fozzie, Floyd, Gonzo, Janice, Rowlf, and Miss Piggy.
