friends,
On
December 9, 2001, the first annual MuppetFest fan convention culminated
with one of the most special events a Muppet fan will ever see.
For the first time ever on a live stage, "The Muppet Show Live"
was performed before our very eyes.
 The
energy and enthusiasm in the crowd was truly electric. You were
left with the incredible feeling and reassurance that even through
all the changes over the years that the Jim Henson Company still
knows the classic characters that we love and hold dear.
What
you are about to read is the official script for "The Muppet
Show Live". It's broken down into an overview of each sketch
with a listing of performers in the script rundown, along with the
line-by-line details of both Act I
and Act II.
We
are thrilled to be able to share this wonderful evening with you
if you weren't able to attend. Special thanks to all the wonderful
people at the Jim Henson Company for their support and for giving
