You know, I've been thinking alot lately (oh wow, shocker! ), and this one question has been bugging me for quite a while now, so I though I'd make a Ness of myself, and ask it here...

Who in the word invented the "dumb blonde" concept, and why?!

I don't know who invented it, but I can give a guess as to why it was invented. Blondes are and used to be typified as the ulimate beauty. Now people with beauty are thought not to have a lot of brains and if blondes were the most beautiful the stupider they were.
