*move closer to Johnny, hugging him*

*notice he feels a little furrier than when we went to bed but think he's a humanoid cat again and don't bother to open my eyes*

*makes some slightly different sounding squeaking noises in sleep*

*fur is really grungy looking and overall not very soft either*
*teeth are long, sharp, rat teeth*

*Back in apartment cooking dinner. Feeling a little dejected that there's no one to talk to*

*realize something*

*think Wait, his fur feels a little different...*

*open my eyes and sit up, taking a good look at Johnny*

*still asleep, rolls over to face Yuna*

*smile at Johnny*

*think No matter what he looks like, he's still my bat demon*

*lie down again and hug him, ignoring the fact that his fur isn't as soft in rat form as in bat demon or cat form*

*wraps tail, which looks identical to normal tail, around her*

*make content bat-like noises*

*rub my face against his chest*

*wakes up*

*smiles at Yuna*

*stroke his cheek with the back of my hand*

*sits up, slight weight change now pretty obvious*

Rats aren't exactly cute, but this is ridiculous...

*follow Johnny to a mirror and hug him from behind*

For what it's worth, I'm not bothered by this. You're still you, and that's what's important to me...

Well...I guess it helps with the idea I'm a rat demon...

.......I wonder if this has something to do with getting bit by a mutant rat a while back...why I look so...sewer rat-ish and not pet rat-ish...
