Muppet Babies in: "What a Rain!"

I don't think there have ever been any Muppet Babies fna fics before, so here is one. It may be the first, and it may not.

Chapter 1
It was raining hard outside.

"Gee, I hope the rains tops soon", said Kermit, "I'd like to play in the sandbox".

"And I'd like to play baseball", said Skeeter.

"How dare you", said Piggy.

"How dare I what?", asked Skeeter.

"How dare you get a line before me", said Piggy.

They all then heard some thunder and lightning, and all screamed.

Nanny came into the nursery.

"What's wrong, kids?", asked Nanny.

"We just heard thunder", said Fozzie.

"Well, thunder and lightning isn't something to be afraid of",s aid Nanny.

"Well what about rain?", asked Rowlf.

"Rain may be bad, but it's also important", said Nanny.

"It is?", asked the babies.

"Why yes", said Nanny, "We need water, and water comes from the rain. Rain is also needed to help flowers, plants, and trees grow, too".

The lights then went out.

"What just happened?", asked Scooter.

"The electricity went out", said Nanny.

"Will it ever come back?", asked Fozzie.

"Of course it will", said Nanny, "Now, let me get some candles".

Nanny left the room, looking for candles.

"How scary it is", said Rowlf.

"Yeah, but frogs like water", said Kermit.

Just then, a big flood of water went crashing through the window.

"Oh, no!", said Fozzie, "We're all gonna drown!"
"I won't", said Kermit, "But you all might".

"This looks like a fun adventure", said Gonzo.

"Oh brother", said Kermit.

Very Cute

Very cute, a muppet babies fan fic! Good idea. I wish they had new episodes of that show, it was always hilarious to watch, especially with all the TV and movie cameos in them

chapter 2

The nursery was flooded.

"Yikes!", yelled Fozzie.

"Quck, everybody!", said Kermit, "Get on this raft".

They all got on the raft.

"Wait, where's Nanny?", asked Scooter.

"We've got to find her", said Skeeter.

But unfortunatley, the flood water and the wind forced the babies out of the nursery.

"Well, it's a rainy day, and we might be lost", said Piggy.

"Hopefully the rain will end soon, and we can get back to the nursery", said Kermit.

"But we don't know how to get to the nursery", said Fozzie.

"I got it", said Gonzo.

"You do?", asked Fozzie.

"Yes, we'll just go to somebody and say, 'can you tell me how to get, how to get to the nursery?'"

"HUNGRY!", yelled Animal, who quickly took a bite of the raft, which caused it to blast away.

"Oh no", yeled Rowlf.
"We're gonna sink!", said Fozzie.

"And my dress is going to get wetter", said Piggy.

But the raft got caught in a net, which was attached to a boat.

"We're saved", said Rowlf.

The net lifted up.

"Hopefully the people on this boat will get us back to the nursery and to Nanny", said Gonzo.

They got on the boat.

"Gee, thanks, guys", said Kermit to the people on the boat, "We are wondering if..."

Just then they all saw that the people on the boat were pirates, and all of the babies screamed.

chapter 3

The babies were scarred when they saw the pirates.

"Do not fear us", said the captain, "You shouldn't judge people by their looks".

"Yeah, we are tired of the stereotype of pirates being evil", said the first mate.

"Besides, I am scarred of you babies", said another pirate.

"Arrg, that's enough out of that", said the captain.

"Sorry", said that pirate.

"Well... We've neve rmet any real pirates before", said Kermit.

"Yeah, we normally just imagine that we're pirates", said Fozzie.

"We have been lost in the flood", said Piggy.

"Arrg, then we'll happily take you all back home", said the captain.

"Yipee-skipee", said an excited Piggy.

"We can hardly wait to ge tback home", said Rowlf.

"And in the meantime, we ge tto go on an adventure", said Kermit.

"I am Captain Kaplan", said the captain, "And these are Jim [referring to the first mate], Tim [the one who claimed to be scarred of the babies], and Slim".

"Hi", said the pirates.

"Hello", said Animal.

"Oh, I think I'm getting sea sick", said Rowlf.

"Yeah, I'm getting a little D sick myself", said Fozzie, "Get it? C sick, D sick? Wocka wocka!"

Naturally a tomato hit Fozzie from out of nowhere.

"Arrghg, such a bad joke getting such a consequence it deserves", laughed Captain Kaplan, "Now, let me take you all to a special room in the ship".

The babies were all excited.

"Oh boy", growled Animal.

"I hope they have sports equipment there", said Skeeter.

"I hope there are plenty of chickens", said Gonzo.

Captain Kaplan took them to a room in the bottom of the ship.

"You'll all be safest in here", said Captain Kaplan.

"Thanks", said Gonzo.

"I can't wait to get in", said Fozzie.

"I hope it's musical enough", said Rowlf.

They all went in, and then Captain Kaplan slammed the door and locked it.

"Ha ha", laughed Captain Kaplan, "We actually ARE pirates to judge. And you should always avoid strangers!"

"Hey, let us out of here", said Kermit.

"Not a chance", remakred Captain Kaplan, who walked away.

"How are we going to get out of here?", asked Gonzo.

"How about we imagine that we are keys", said Fozzie.

"WHAT?", asked the other babies.

"Or not", said Fozzie.

chapter 4

The babies were starting to get cabin fever.

"Oh, I'm going crazy... I'm getting CABIN FEVER!", said Rowlf.

"Me too!", said Kermit.

They all went into a frenchy, and then staretd singing Cabin Fever. The only oens who didn't start going crazy were Gonzo and Animal.

"Well, Animal, it looks like we'll have to figure a way out", said Gonzo.

"Way out, way out",s aid Animal.

"That's the spirit", said Gonzo.

"Cannonball!", yeled Fozzie, who ran at the door, and actually broke it down.

"Wow", said Gonzo, "So that's all it took to break it down?"

"Must've been old", laughed Animal.

"Cha-cha-cha-cha....", said Rowlf as he danced.

"This is so much fun", said Kermit.

"Animal, let's snap them back to reality",s aid Gonzo.

"Okay", said Animal.

They slapped everybody until they went back to normal.

"Oh, thanks, Gonzo", said Kermit.

"We needed that", said Skeeter.

"Now let's beat the pirates!", said Kermit.

chapter 5

The Muppet Babies all dressed up as pirates and went to battle the real pirates.

"All right, you pirates on guard!", yelled Kermit.

"The babies!", exclaimed Captain Kaplan, "You all escaped?"

"Yes, we did", said Rowlf.

"And we became pirates", said Gonzo.

"After them!", said Captain Kaplan.

They all battled. Scooter and Skeeter had a sword fight with Tim, Rowlf had a swoard fight with Jim, and Piggy karate chopped Jim.

"Hey, with us outnumbering them, we will surely win", said Fozzie, but then he got his fot caught in a rope, which then was puled up tot he top of the ship.

"Whoa....", cried Fozzie.

"Me help!", said Animal, who bit the rope, causing Fozzie to fall and hurt himself.

"Ow", said Fozzie.

Rowlf and Kermit took a big cannon.

"Okay, Rowlf, fire!",s aid Kermit.

"Aye-aye", said Rowlf.

They pulled the rope, but nothing happened.

"Ha ha!", said Jim, "The cannon wasn't loaded."

"Oops", said Kermit.

Jim and Tim then took Kermit and Rowlf and put them into the cannon.

"Now it's loaded",s aid Tim.

They aimed the cannon at the other babies and fired Kermit and Rowlf at them. The others screamed in pain.

"I'm starting to get a headace", said Scooter.

Captain Kaplan then took a cannon, put a cannonball in it, and had the other pirates block the babies form escaping.

"Well, well, well, looks like you're traped now", said Captain Kaplan.

"But... Why are you doing this to us", asked Kermit.

"Because we're pirates!", said Captain Kaplan, "And all my life I've wanted to be the most wicked evil pirate there is, and hurting a bunch of helpless babeis is the key!"

"Oh, yeah?", said Kermit, "Well, I have a dream too! But it's about singing and dancing and making people h..."

But then the pirates all fell through the floor board,a nd a big blast was made.

"Wow, that was close", said Piggy.

"Yes, it was", said Kermit, "And my speech was interrupted".

"Don't worry, Kermit", said Gonzo, "I'm sure that you'll get an opportunity to give the whole speech when you grow up."

"And for some reason I have a feeling that I'll be the only one of us who won't be there to hear it", said Skeeter.

"But let's not wrry about that", said Fozzie, "The important thing is, we defeated the pirates!"

"Hooray!", said the babies in excitement.

But then the babeis were back in the nursery... It turns otut hat they ahd been imagining the whole thing, but they were dressed in pirate gear.

Nanny then walked in.

"What's all the excitement about, kids?", asked Nanny.

"We were on a pirate ship, Nanny", said Rowlf.

"And we defeated four dangerous pirates", said Fozzie.

"We had adventure", said Animal.

"Well, it stopped raining, so you all can go outside", said Nany.

The babies all cheered as they ran outside.

.....But there's more!

Gonzo was standing behind a cannon on a pirate ship. He had it aimed at another ship.

"Ahoy, it is a rival ship!",s aid Gonzo, "I must defeat it!"

Gonzo puled a rope, but Gonzo's whole ship blew up, instead of the cannon shooting down the other ship.

Animal was suddenly on the other boat.

"Go bye-bye!", laughed Animal.
