Thanks for your replies. That definatley helps. Some good ideas. I have tried Velcro and it didn't work that well. I like the magnet idea. I'm thinking of attaching the Velcro to the parts and fabric in a similar idea to the magnets.

I have some blocks of foam that I would like to cut down into sheets but I don't know how. Does anyone have any advice about how this can be done. Is there some kind of tool for cutting it? The dimensions are about 31.5" by 27" by 6".
