It's a character for Sochi-2014 which was created by Artemy Lebedev studio. In this video you can find a plenty of references of different things. Zoich himself is a reference to both Cookie Monster and Hypnotoad.
I firstly thought he is very Muppety and I instantly recalled Cookie Monster, not even seeing the part where Muppets are actually involved.

Oh well, it's just a lil' reference :big_grin:
