Rowlf the Dog. He approaches life with the right attitude. I'm also a pretty big fan of all the Electric Mayhem guys.

Major one: Bunsen

Reason: He is very intelligent yet oblivious of his surroundings and does not think as often for the welfare of his assistant and bravley allows things to explode about. At times he is conservative and rather collected which makes him appear sly. He is a very evil little man who hides behind the image of a good old jolly Mr. Rogers--no actually he has a Willy Wonka thing to him (The old Gene Wilder one) where he is genius, curious, and a little bit on the wacky side (Observe him dress like a mexican when he dances in MTI or gets a sun tan by holding up a mirror just a bit before "Cabin Fever").

XD HE IS JUST ADORABLE!
