Any musical number in the movies are the scenes I loved the most, "Life's a Happy Song", "Hey, A Movie", "Stepping out with a star", "Couldn't we ride" any number where there's singing and dancing involved.

My favorite scene in a muppet movie is in GMC when they break into the Mallory Gallery, and especially when Kermit and Fozzie disguise themselves as pizza delivery people, and actually manage to get away with it.
