This is a real "long shot." But a big part of my Sesame Street viewing experience wasn't actually part of the show, but our local PBS station (WTTW-Channel 11 in Chicago) used to brand their kids show lineup as "Children's Fair" (possibly a play on words as they were presenting children's "fare") and they had a graphic slide with the words "Children's Fair" accompanied with a bunch of balloons on a black background along with the Channel 11 logo. I couldn't tell you what years -- I watched the show probably circa 1969-75 or so, and I'm thinking this was kind of in the middle of that period.

On You Tube there are some clips of a WTTW "Children's Fair" bumper but it's a later (different) one from the 1980s.

I also remember an informational thing they had between shows called "things to do and places to go, especially for kids." This was likewise a slide with a voice-over announcer.

Anyway, I'd love to find video of this stuff, but I'm not gonna hold my breath because it's pre-VCR era.
