Who Was This Man?

The film that shows a man and this girl comming out of the apartment he playing a guitar I think and she playing what looks like a banjo though I think it was something else singing some song called jumping and others in the neighborhood, including other musicians come by and play along.

Well, They're actually a band, but I forget what there name is, though. I see them on Playhouse Disney quiet often.
