Who plays Cookie Monster's Mommy?

On one of the "Letter of the Day" bits, we see Cookie Monster accompanied by his mommy. He tries to have her stop him from eating the cookie but they both do anyway. She says, "You got good job here, son."

For anyone in the know, who played her? Was this Eric Jacobson? It sounded like a male falsetto voice so I doubt it was one of the female puppeteers.

Which letter segment was this on? I've seen a handful of them and I haven't seen Cookie's Mom in any of them.
