Who performs Dr. Nobel Price?

Hello!
When I got the Unpaved book in late 2000, I saw a pic of Nobel Price in the description about Professor Hastings. I think Dr. Price was performed by Frank Oz. What do you think?

Gosh. I remember that character, but I can't remember what his voice sounded like. I might have guessed Richard Hunt. If only I could hear a sound clip of that character I might know for sure.
