Im whatching episodes from Muppets Tonight and im wondering some things:

Is Jerry Nelson performing Jhonys Ma in the Daryl Hannah episode? I know the voice is Jerry, but the way the puppet moves just drive me to think that it would not be Jerry. Somebody Knows?

In the Garth Brooks episode Miss piggy´s movemment in the balcony its a little different to me than Frank´s puppetering Piggy. was it dubbed? and if it is, Why didnt Frank loop his characters in season two instead of the lack of his characters?
