I was just wondering, does Henson or Disney own the rights to The Muppets Celebrate Jim Henson?

If Henson has the rights to it, they could ideally release it this year for the 20th anniversary of Jim's Death.

If Disney owns it, I could very well see it being a bonus on the release of muppet show season 4 or 5.

I beleive that Disney always owned the distribution rights to the special. But it would make more sense for Disney to own it since it stars the Muppets.
