Who do you think is the smartest monster/puppet on Sesame Street?

I think without any doubt it has to be Cookie Monster. He has that silent genius that can't really be described.

think about it....just look at the letter Y Cookie. He put it in a suitcase that "mysteriously" had not bottom and then said "me wonder how that happen" becuase he cut out the bottom, you can tell by the way he says it, lol. Or how about the letter O cookie when he sent the package to himself....now that was pure genius if I ever saw it, lol
