Where Are These Muppet Caper Buildings?

I know others have already asked this same question a number of times on this forum, but it never seems to get answered. So I thought I’d try one more time:

Does anyone know specifically where to find the buildings used in The Great Muppet Caper for the Happiness Hotel, Lady Holiday’s office, and 17 Highbrow Street?

I’m visiting some friends in London at the end of July, and I am planning on going to a number of locations related to the Muppets and the Henson Company. I have a decent list put together already, but I am still missing these big ones from The Great Muppet Caper. If anyone can help, it would be very much appreciated! I really don’t want to miss this opportunity.

When I return I will post details of all of the places I visited, so hopefully others will be able to easily find all of this information in one place. And if I do get the specifics for these buildings, I’ll see what I can do about getting them added to the entries that are already on Muppet Wiki.
