I have no idea when/if it will come out in the US, but it's already out on DVD in the UK (on Amazon.co.uk search 'Muppets Almost Live' and it will come up).

The DVD is Region 2, so will only play in the US if you have a multi-region DVD player or make your DVD player multi-region.
