I ordered a few items from them about a month ago and haven't recieved them yet. I've e-mail them every week since I ordered, but they keep saying the same thing. "Your order is scheduled to be shipped out shortly."
Does anyone have any info on this? I'd appreciate it greatly. Thank you.
