Is there some sort of fan slang for this kind of sketch? I want to just type it into the YouTube search box and get a bunch of them.

I believe they're called muppet kid moments, but I'm not sure if they're something else entirely.

Actually, I don't think they have any specific title. Back when Muppet Wiki started, I added a page for these kidns of sketches, and mad eup the title Sesame Street Muppet & Kid Moments. The title was shortened to remove "Sesame Street", and eventually it was formed into a category, spliting into many pages for the appropriate characters. I did ask about this on the categories talk page, suggesting that maybe it be changed to "Muppet and Kid sketches", but nothing really happened.
