I read in Sesame Street Unpaved, that Jon Stone wrote a script involving the Count, and sent it to Norman Stiles for approval. Norman sent the script back to Jon, with a note scribble on it that said "Good character, bad bit". So in the end, they scrapped the skit, but kept the Count. Does anyone know what the skit was that they didn't like?
