What Sesame Street book was this?

I remember seeing a Sesame Street book that opens with a 2 page spread with a picture of Elmo helping his mother make cookies and Elmo's mother is using a rolling pin to roll out the dough. I don't know the title of the book, but from what the art looked like, I bet the book was from the late 80s or early 90s. If anybody could tell me what the name of the book was, I would appreciate it.
