I think it's weird that the article quoted an article about the possiblities of a season 2 set for The Muppet Show in an article about Fraggle Rock.
Anyway, the title sounds like it might have something to do with the history of the rock, or maybe even about the culture of Fraggle Rock. This could be wrong. Where It All Began and Doing The Things That Doozers Do were both themed volumes, but the others weren't themed. Dance Your Cares Away sounds like it could have been a dance-themed volume, but didn't have any episodes about dancing (and the only episode I can think of that has to do with dancing is Tune For Two).
Anyway, it it is about the history of the rock, then I think that these episodes would be good choices for the volume:
1. both flashback episodes with young traveling matt and his uncle gobo
2. Mokey, Then and Now.
3. The Finger of Light
4. The Secret Society of The Poobahs.
5. The Bells of Fraggle Rock
