vBulletin Upgrade: 3.6.10

We will be upgrading to vBulletin 3.6.10 on Sunday evening. I'm estimating that the upgrade will take 1-2 hours to complete.

During this time the forum will be inaccessible but you'll receive a notice that I'm performing the upgrade. Once the upgrade is complete and functional, we'll be back on-line again.
