Hey all,
Well, I'm getting better at heads, still trying to figure out different shapes, etc. and how to create the most effective eyes, ears, nose, etc...

Any suggestions for bodies and arms? I've got a couple ideas from David Pannebaker's videos and some from The Foam Book, but I'd love to hear some of yours.

Here's my most recent trials:

hmm, we'll see if this link works.

Thanks for any suggestions, ideas.

Wow, those look very nice! Wht are you using for eyes? I like them.

For arms I suggest making a foot long tube of foam, then cutting the elbow out at and obtuse angle, so that each end of the upper and lower arm that are pointing towards each other at the elbow now have acute angles. Link the arm sections together at the tips of the elbow with string, and then cover the arm in a tube of fabric. Then attack a hand and you're through!

As for bodies, think of it as a wooden barrel...

Keep up the good work, and keep posting those pics!
