Unnamed monster with glasses?

Okay, I was watching this PSA about eye care with Luis and some purple monster muppet. She was big and shaggy, and had blue eye lids and a small round pink nose. I can't make out her performer, myself. But I have never seen this character in the show. She can't be Lulu. At least I don't think she is, cuz I don't remember Lulu wearing glasses. plus this PSA looks fairly new.

So, was she given a name?

It was probably some AM Monster, not a major character. There's a picture on Alan Muraoka's site in photos of when they went down to New Orleans.

It certainly doesn't look like Lulu!

Maybe it's a character they were going to use, but they couldn't develope her. And then they decided to focus on Abby Cadabby instead.

Honestly, just looking at her, she seems like a poor character.
