tv show with puppets of Dracula, Frankenstein, etc?

Hai guys!
Im new here, and i have question...

I remember watching a tv show when was younger. I believe it was australian made(as am i).
It was about a group of little monsters; dracula, frankenstein, a werewolf, etc.
The vampires name was Vlad, and he'd get upset when people called him Vladimir.

The puppets were pretty well done, but im not sure if they 'muppets'.

It was on tv during the 90's - early 00's.
I really have no idea what it was...or where to find it.
