Trouble purchasing this international DVD

Every time when I typed in my shipping address I kept getting this message: "The information you put in is not accepted".

No, this is my first time using it. I'm guessing I'll have to order it in the place they're selling it(Netherlands).

You don't suppose that most DVDs being Region-specific may have something to do with it, do you?

Yeah, some websites they’ll only ship to their respective regions. This might be a case, and if it is, sorry to say but you’ll probably have to look somewhere else.
