Looks like the ToyFare Palisades visual guide should be hitting the streets later this week. Let us know what you think about the guide if you are able to pick one up.

ToyFare #79, due out this week, features their first-ever complete visual guide to Palisades Toys' Muppets toy line. This 14-page visual guide showcases over 70 Muppet toys, including all of the convention exclusives, all of the retail exclusives, all of the free giveaways—even a few that have yet to be released! That’s right, we show you the yet-to-be-released Wave 8, as well as a few of the upcoming convention exclusives for 2004! In other words…we’ve got all of them! We’ve even got up-to-date pricing info on each one, and we identify any packaging or paint variations that exist. And can you pass our Muppets Trivia Challenge?

Dude...

Sweet. I am SO glad this line is getting the attention it deserves. This is, by far, the most accurate toy line out there. Rock on.

And that little Gold thing infront of Kermit is actually a Gonzo Idol, now it's even better huh?

Holy crap! How did they get the licence for that??? Well since Indy and Star Wars are pretty much the same deal, seems Star Wars variants cant be far off.

This is based on Kermit's outfit in Muppet Go To Walt Disney Worl. He is Adventure Kermit, not Indy Kermit. I think that's how they are getting away with it.

Yeah they didn't need a license as Wiggy said. I think it's a great idea - it should be popular with both Indy and Muppet fans and selling it at the con's will obviously mean more of those kinda people will be there. As a figure it doesn't jazz me that much, it looks nice but Kermit is kinda a snorefest after the previous ones although it has to be said i'm not a big Indiana Jones fan. I think the Gonzo 'idol' and also the competition to win a gold plated lifesize one are both brilliant ideas. It's nice to see the line getting lots of exposure in Toyfare like this.
