I have seen this episode a few times in the past, but watching it on the DVD, I noticed a skit I have never noticed before.

The toothache poem that opens with "I've never had a toothache like this before. It's like toothache all over my body."

Where is this originally from, or is it original dialogue from Jim & Co?

Something about it is eerie and touches a nerve with me in the same manner some of Neitzsche's work did, just chilling.
