TMS copyright dates query

If anyone has off-air copies of the Lynn Redgrave, Roger Miller and Roy Rogers & Dale Evans episodes of TMS with either of the original ITC or ATV copyright dates, could you please tell me what those dates are?

It's to help me in working out a special fan order for Season Three of TMS.
