As a side note, I noticed that :boo: & :sleep: didn't seem to be as overly-negative towards the show in the first season as they became as the series progressed.

Guess the more Muppet Shows they sat through, the more cynical and jaded they became towards the show overall.

In retrospect they seemed to usually enjoy the guest stars but dislike the Muppets- even within the same sketch.

:sleep: "We ought to send roses back to Carol Channing.
:boo: "What do we give the weird guys with the big eyes?"
:sleep: "Fifty lashes!"

In the Leo Sayer episode they liked Annie Sue - I think it was when she was doing Carbon Paper.
