The songbook in the "Count It Higher" video

Hi, everyone!

I recall that the original video release of "Count It Higher" came with a songbook inside the box, as it was with the other "My Sesame Street Home Video" releases. I heard that there were pictures inside it, so could anyone either tell me what the pictures were of, or scan the images and post them here for us to look at?

It would be a real help for me, and thanks very much!
