(the opening sequence features the title "The Sesame Street Video Collection", which then scrolls up and "Volume 2" scrolls in it's place)

(Susan, Gordon, Olivia, David, and Luis are in front of the 123 Sesame Street building)
Susan: Hi, welcome to Sesame Street.
Gordon: It's a beautiful sunny day here on Sesame Street.
(everybody agrees, saying "yeah" and other such positive phrases at once)
Oscar: (popping out of his trash can) I don't think it's such a beautiful day! It's not raining.
Olivia: No, it's not.
David: We like it when it's sunny outside.
Luis: Yeah.
Oscar: Well, I like rainy weather, and I like it when you all are not happy at all.
David: (starting to shiver) Oh, well, it's starting to feel cold now.
Gordon: Yes, it is, isn't it.
(some leaves and trash are seen being blown onto the street)
Oscar: Well, it's not rain, but it's acceptable weather.
Luis: I don't think so.
Oscar: Well, you all are starting to act grouchy because of the wind, and that makes me happy. (sudden realization) Oh, no! I'm happy! Aaaagh! (goes into trash can)
Gordon: Well, soon everybody will know that it's windy.

(scene fades to the following sketches: Windy, The Weather Show, and the Sesame Street News sketch where Simon Soundman gives a weather report)

(back on the street, the wind has died down, and now it is sunny again)
Luis: Well, the wind wasn't around for very long.
Maria: No, it wasn't. (Maria spots a D on the steps of 123 Sesame Street) But somebody lost their D.
Luis: Oh. (picks up the D) I wonder whose D this is.
(mysterious music plays as Sherlock Hemlock enters the scene)
Sherlock Hemlock: Greetings! Shrlock Hemlock here, the world's greatest detective! I think I can figure out how that D got there.
Luis: Well, Sherlock, I think we know how it got here.
Sherlock Hemlock: Really?
Maria: Yeah, it was windy outside, and the wind probably blew it here.
Sherlock Hemlock: Oh, so what's the problem then?
Maria: We want to know who it belongs to.
Sherlock Hemlock: Okay, let's look at it. Hmmm, well, the D probably belongs to somebody whose name begins with the letter D.
Luis: I don't think so. I have a few D's of my own, and my name doesn't begin with D.
Sherlock Hemlock: Well, then, maybe we should look at the color. (inspects the color) That D is yellow. Maybe it belongs to a yellow person.
(Big Bird enters)
Sherlock Hemlock: Big Bird is yellow. Hey, Big Bird, is this your D?
Big Bird: No, I have a pink D and a yellow D, so it's not mine. (walks away)
Sherlock Hemlock: Well, then it's not his.
Luis: I've noticed that this D has a bit of blue fur on it.
Sherlock Hemlock: Oh, so whoever owns this D must be a blue monster. It probably belongs to Cookie Monster. No, wait, he'd probably have a C before a D. Maybe it is Herry Monster's D then..
(Grover enters)
Grover: Oh, there is my D.
Maria: It belongs to Grover.
Sherlock Hemlock: Oh.
Grover: That's right. I was carrying my new alphabet collection, and the wind blew my D out of the collection.
Luis: Well, I am glad that you found yours.
Grover: So am I. Hey, would you all like to see my entire alphabet collection?
All: Sure!
Grover: Okay, I'll be back. (leaves)
Sherlock Hemlock: Egad! Grover has every letter of the alphabet. And he lost his D!
Luis: Did you knwo that there are a lot of things that begin with D?
Sherlock Hemlock: Of course. There is detective.
Maria: There are other things, too.

(cut to the following sketches: the D film about the various D animals, jobs, and activities, Typewriter Guy: D, and Harvey Kneeslapper's "Dion" knock-knock joke)

(Grover has his entire D collection at the courtyard for everybody to see)
Grover: This is my D collection.
Gordon: That's very nice.
Herry: I like all of the letters.
Big Bird: Let's say the alphabet. (looking at the order) E, R, X, V.... wait! That's not the order.
Grover: The alphabet comes in an order?
Maria: Yes, Grover.
Grover: And mine is out of order?
Don Music: You got that right.
Grover: Oh, I am so embarrassed...
Ernie: Well, we can help you, Grover.
Mr. Hooper: Of course we can. Just watch the following cartoon.

(cut to the following sketches: Jazz Alphabet, Roosevelt Franklin's Alphabet, and the sketch where each letter appears somewhere in the street)

Grover: Well, we now have the whole alphabet in order.
Mr. Hooper: Yes, we do.
Ernie: Let's all recite the alphabet now.
Big Bird: Okay, A, B....
Bob: ...C, D...
Ernie: ...E...
Gordon: ...F, G, H...
Olivia: ...J, K, L, M...
Don Music: ....N, O, P, Q...

All: and Z!
David: That was fun.
Bob: Yes, it was.
The Count: (appearing out of nowhere) And now let's count!

(fades to The Song of The Count, followed by Cookie Monster spelling the letters that spell "food", and Batman catching crooks with dirty windows)

(Herry Monster is about to paint a picture)
Herry: Oh, hi, there. Herry Monster here. I am about to draw the number 2. Let's start drawing. (Herry gets out his paint brush and paints a blue number 2 on his paper) There it is, a number 2. Anybody can draw a 2 any way that they want to.

(cut to the following sketches: Mad Painter #2 and Kermit draws a 2)

(cut to the street, where the opening music for I've Got Two starts)
Bob: And now we are going to sing a song about the body parts that we have two of. I'll start first. I've got two eyes, one, two, they are both the same size, one, two. I've got two eyes, and their both the same size.
Susan: I have two ears, one, two, they can help me hear, one, two. I've got two ears they can help me hear..
Bob: I've got two eyes, and they're both the same size.
Gordon: Two arms have I, I can hold them up high...
Susan: I've got two ears, they an help me hear...
Bob: I've got two eyes, and they're both the same size!
Mr. Hooper: It's my turn. I've got two hands, they can wave goodbye...
Gordon: Two arms have I I can hold them up high...
Susan: I've got two ears to help me hear...
Bob: I've got two eyes, and they're both the same size.
Olivia: I've got two knees, they're as round as you please...
Mr. Hooper: Two hands have I, they can wave goodbye...
Gordon: Two arms have I, I can hold them up high...
Susan: I've got two ears to help me hear...
Bob: I've got two eyes, and their both the same size!
Big Bird: I get to go last. I've got two feet, 1, 2, they can walk down the street, 1, 2, I've gott wo feet, they can walk down the street...
Olivia: I've got two knees, they're as round as you please...
Mr. Hooper: Two hands have I, they can wave goodbye...
Gordon: Two arms have I, I can hold them up high...
Susan: I have two ears to help me hear...
Bob: I've got two eyes...
All: ...and they're all the same size!

(cut to the skit where Ernie talks about what body parts he has two of, followed by Two Toucans Two-Steps and Jazz#2)

(cut to Ernie in front of Big Bird's nest area)
Ernie: My name is Ernie, and Ernie begins with the letter E. E also stands for ear, eyes, and everybody.

(cut to What's My Letter?)

(it is now dark outside of Sesame Street. Big Bird is out of his nest area)
Big Bird: It is now nighttime, but I am not scared of the dark.
(Big Bird turns his head and sees Mr. Snuffleupagus)
Big Bird: Aaah! Oh, wait, it's only you, Snuffy.
Mr. Snuffleupagus: Yep, it's only me.
Big Bird: I didn't know you were here.
Mr. Snuffleupagus: Well, I am. Anyway, I would like to meet your friends now.
Big Bird: But Snuffy, everybody is sleeping. Or trying to sleep.

(cut to the skit where Ernie observes a blackout, followed by the song Everybody Sleeps)

Big Bird: (whispering to the audience) Well, I am trying to keep quiet, so I won't wake anybody, but Sesame Street has been brought to you today by the letters D and E...
Mr. Snuffleupagus: (whispering) and by the number 2.
Big Bird: Hey, there's two of us.
Mr. Snuffleupagus: Awesome!
