The Fisher-Price Play Family Sesame Street included Gordon, Susan, and Mr. Hooper (but not Bob, although a generic "Dad" figure could stand in in a pinch.)

IIRC, there was a 12 inch LP (remember those things?) of songs by Bob, but the exact name of the album escapes me at the moment. (Bob's Hits?...Sing Along with Bob?)

I had an album called "Bob McGrath Sings for All the Little Children", or something like that. But it wasn't official SS merchandise, and he didn't sing any SS songs on it.

There were at least two Colorform sets that included some humans. One was a very old set from the early 70's that had Susan and the original Gordon on the canvas and you'd place colorform letters in their hands.

Another Colorforms set was made later that featured the current Gordon as a stick-on figure.

The Sesame Street Neighborhood by Playskool featured buildings with Susan, Mr. Hooper, and Luis in the windows (if not more).

Various Sesame Street books, through the years, have shown some of the human cast. A couple of examples:

Big Bird's Book of Blunders features illustrations of Gordon, Susan, and Mr. Hooper.

Bert and the Broken Teapot shows illustrations of David and Luis (if not more).

Early books made when the show first came out that showed actual photographs from the show, including the humans.

Of course, someone already mentioned my favorite, The Fisher Price Play Family Sesame Street set.

All of these things were made in the past. I don't know of any current Sesame Street merchandise that features the current humans. It seems like they're afraid of dating themselves these days by making any toys with Alan, Gina, Luis, Maria, or any other human cast member. I noticed that in a fairly recent Sesame Street Colorforms set of the late 90's, they had a Honker running Hooper's store, apparently to avoid putting any human in it.
