Okay, so in many character listings, the two vulture-like frackles are referred to as Green Scoff and Blue Scofff. However, in the transcript at Tough Pigs, the blue scoff refers to itself as Scoff in a song where some of the frackles refer to their own names. It is never specifically said if Scoff is actually a type of frackle, and the green one is never referred to as Scoff.

Wouldn't a more appropiate name for them be Vulture Frackles, or Green Vulture Frackle for the green one?

In the talk page for Boppity at Muppet Wiki, it is said that the frackles were named after their performers, colors, or shapes (though that doesn't really explain Gonzo being called Cigar Box Frackle, since that's not actually a shape). I do not know which ones were named after their performers (a Jim Frackle was used as an example). It was suggested that for the song, the performers just randomly put out frackles for use there, without considering any names (of course, in that scene, the cigar box frackle calls himself Snarl, but I've seen interviews with both Jim Henson and Dave Goelz where they say that Gonzo was originally the Cigar Box Frackle, without mentioning the Snarl name), and Droop referred to himself as Snivelly, even though at Henson.Com it was said that he was originally called PJ Dripsnout.

Vulture Frackle would also be an appropiate name considering that the snake-like frackle was called Snake Frackle.

Gonzo was called the Cigar Box Frackle because in "The Great Santa Clause Switch" (Gonzo's first appaerance) he lived in a cigar box.
