Look what I found on Youtube! It's the Muppets' appearance on The Jack Paar Show from 1964. It's the appearance with Kermit performing the classic "Glow Worm" sketch.

After the appearance it shows an 80's clip of Paar on David Letterman showing him the pipes that Jim, Frank, Jerry and Don painted and decorated the day they shot that bit.
